Meet Andrew Ellis

For over 20 years, Andrew has dedicated his life to helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way. His work goes beyond fitness. It's about restoring the body's innate intelligence through flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.

Drawing from two decades of personal training and a deep study of corrective exercise, Andrew identifies each person's unique movement imbalances and builds a path back to wholeness one intentional movement at a time. His approach brings proprioceptive awareness to the forefront, helping clients feel their body from the inside out, not just perform on the outside.

Now completing his certification in Rolfing Structural Integration this October, Andrew is deepening his ability to work with the body at its most foundational level, the fascia, the structure, the posture we carry through life. At ZENASIUM, he weaves together movement science and somatic wisdom to guide each person toward alignment, restoration, and becoming.
